Ryan was very helpful during our visit. He explained everything to me, was patient with both my mother and I as I got her in and out of the car into her wheelchair, and was thoughtful during our visit.

I was quoted a price of 129.00 for oil change and tire rotation for my 2002 silverado with a 6.2 liter engine. I was informed that because my engine had a recall and required special oil that my bill would be 178.00.. the engine recall was not my fault . That was the GM solution to prevent needing a new engine. This is all on GM not on me. I should not have to bear the added expenses of this defective engine.

Not only were they on time and punctual they were polite and helpful. It was raining and instead of me walking out in the rain to get in my car they brought my car inside!!!
